Instagram is full of incredible visuals and trending music. But have you ever tried to save a Reel to your phone? Instagram either removes the audio (due to copyright) or doesn't let you save it at all.
If you are a content creator, you need the raw video file to edit in CapCut, or you need the MP3 audio to use for your own trend.
Method 1: Save Instagram Reels to Gallery
Stop screen recording! Screen recording captures the buttons, the username, and lowers the quality. Here is how to get the clean MP4 file:
- Open Instagram and find the Reel.
- Tap the Paper Airplane icon (Share).
- Tap "Copy Link" at the bottom.
- Open SaveFast.online.
- Paste the link and click Download.
